As you know, we continue to monitor the Covid-19 virus, and the Board is committed to undertaking reasonable steps to protect the health and safety of all residents. Due to this State of Emergency, and
in conjunction with the recommendations of various governmental authorities to implement community mitigation strategies to increase the containment of the virus, we wanted to bring to your attention the enclosed Executive Order #20-80 from the Governor of the State of Florida (“Order”).
Specifically, as set forth in the Order, if any resident arrives at the Condominium from an airport located in either Connecticut, New Jersey, or New York, he or she must isolate/quarantine within his or her unit for a period of at least fourteen (14) days. Also, such individuals must immediately notify the property manager of their arrival at the Condominium. Pursuant to the Order, violations can be referred to the Florida Department of Health, and can be treated by the State as a second-degree misdemeanor.
Of course, all residents are urged to continue to comply with all other measures advised by governmental officials to help contain the virus.
Additional information from the CDC and the State regarding mitigation measures can be found here:

Also, the State has a 24-hour hotline regarding the virus: 1-866-779-6121 that can assist with any questions or concerns.
Thank you for your cooperation.
